Custom Outdoor LED Light Box Manufacturer
Outdoor logo signs made around your artwork, installation requirements and batch order.
Your logo, made for the place it needs to be seen.
RUOMEI manufactures custom outdoor LED light boxes for sign companies, advertising and display businesses, agencies and brands. We work from your logo or reference to develop the shape, graphics, lighting and structure for your project.
For a storefront or exterior brand display, the appearance and installation need to work together. We review the mounting position, cable route and exposure before confirming the construction, then use the approved drawing and sample as the production reference.
Key details before you request a quote
Standard minimum
30 units per design
Sample first
One paid sample before a bulk order
Production timing
Samples: 3–5 calendar days; standard bulk production: around 15 days.
To start a quotation
Logo or reference, approximate size, quantity and destination. Undecided details are welcome.
Sample timing excludes Chinese national public holidays. The quotation confirms the bulk-production date basis. Timing starts after payment and required approvals, whichever is later. Shipping is additional; special projects need a separate schedule.
Let the product shape carry your branding.
A logo light box combines an illuminated display with a structure made for the artwork. The outline can follow a recognizable brand shape, while printed graphics and selected illuminated areas define what customers see.
The TUBORG example brings a bottle silhouette, green light rings and contrasting lettering into one display. For your own design, send the areas you want illuminated, the intended colors and the space available. We assess the lighting approach alongside the materials and depth.
- Custom outline, dimensions and graphic layout
- Acrylic, metal and printed graphics selected for the build
- Lighting and electrical configuration reviewed for the project

Lantern form with a wall bracket
Multiple display faces, a projecting bracket and a visible cable connection.
Round sign with a side bracket
A circular display face with a projecting side bracket, shown in the original product photograph.
Outdoor signage for different project settings
Start with the location and the job the sign needs to do. The final configuration is reviewed for each site.
Storefront identification
Use your business name or logo as an illuminated exterior brand display. Share the available wall area and the directions from which people will approach.
Hospitality & beverage branding
Plan a branded light box for a bar, restaurant or hospitality project. Provide the artwork and mounting location so the design and outdoor conditions can be considered together.
Multi-location brand programs
Prepare a common artwork and sample for a batch order. If locations need different sizes or mounting arrangements, list those variants before production is confirmed.
Custom outdoor light box details
Work through the design, packing and installation requirements before approving the order.
From reference to approved sample
- Send the brief. Share a logo or reference image, approximate size and quantity.
- Review the configuration. Confirm the structure, lighting, electrical details and artwork.
- Approve the sample. Check the appearance and agreed project requirements.
- Confirm the bulk order. Settle the final specifications, price and production schedule.
Protection planned around the finished product
Standard packing can include an individual bag, custom EPE protection and an individual carton. The final arrangement depends on the dimensions, projecting parts and shipping requirements.
Send any labeling or packing instructions before the order is finalized.
Review the mounting position before fabrication
Wall, bracket, hanging and freestanding arrangements can be assessed for a custom project. Share a wide site photo, a closer view of the fixing area and the intended cable route.
The structure, service access and any graphic replacement requirements are confirmed together.
Rain and splash protection, with defined limits
Outdoor light boxes can protect against rain and everyday splashes. They are not intended for full or prolonged immersion.
Tell us whether the position is sheltered or directly exposed. Include coastal, damp or strong-sunlight conditions in the brief.
How your light box moves into production
The approved design determines the manufacturing steps. Artwork, material processing and product checks need to follow the same confirmed specifications.
Artwork & construction review
Align the logo, dimensions, illuminated areas and structural requirements. Final drawings and the key configuration are approved before production.
Material processing
The production route follows the agreed materials and structure. Cut parts, graphic elements and electrical components are brought together for the confirmed design.

Outdoor LED light box buyer’s guide
Practical answers on design, outdoor use, samples and batch ordering.
1. What can I customize on an outdoor light box?
Your logo, outline, dimensions, graphics and lighting effect can be developed for the project. Acrylic, metal and printed graphics are selected around the agreed structure. Tell us which parts should light up and which brand colors need to be reproduced.
2. What information do you need for a quotation?
A logo or reference image, approximate dimensions and quantity are enough to start a light box quotation. If the quantity is undecided, share an estimated range or tell us whether you need a sample or an initial batch. Site photos, destination and timing help us refine the configuration and delivery arrangements.
3. Are these light boxes waterproof?
The outdoor construction can protect against rain and everyday splashes. It is not intended for full or prolonged immersion. The installation position, cable entry and exposure must be reviewed together. A specific IP rating or test requirement needs to be confirmed for the actual finished product; it is not a standard claim for every design.
4. What is the minimum order quantity?
The standard minimum is 30 units per design. A different graphic shape, size or main structure counts as a separate design. Color or printed artwork variations may be combined only after we confirm that they can share materials and production arrangements. Smaller trial orders can be assessed separately.
5. Can I order a sample before a bulk order?
Yes. New customers can start with one paid sample before deciding on a bulk order. Sample charges, freight and any necessary tooling are explained before production. The sample should represent the intended size, lighting, mounting and packaging as closely as practical.
6. How long do sampling and production take?
A standard sample normally takes 3–5 calendar days, excluding Chinese national public holidays. Standard bulk production is usually around 15 days; the quotation confirms the date basis and estimated completion date. Timing starts when payment has arrived and the necessary approvals are complete, whichever is later. Samples require the sample fee and artwork/configuration approval; bulk orders require the deposit, confirmed specifications and any required sample approval. Shipping is additional. Special projects or later changes need a separately confirmed schedule.
7. How do you decide the size and mounting method?
Start with the available space, artwork and viewing position. Provide the target width and height and any depth restrictions. Wall, bracket, hanging or freestanding arrangements can be reviewed for the project. The supporting surface, fixing points, cable route and service access need to be settled before production; there is no universal mounting solution for every site.
8. Can I choose the power supply and plug?
Tell us the destination country and any required power supply, plug, switch, cable exit or labeling details. These are confirmed for the order. If your project specifies particular electrical documentation or testing, send those requirements during the review.
9. How is the order checked and packed?
Every unit receives basic appearance, configuration-label, power-on and main-function checks.
Detailed inspection and 72-hour aging use the approved sampling plan for each inspection batch: all units for samples and batches up to 30, 30% for 31–150 and 15% above 150, rounded up.
Packing can include an individual bag, custom EPE protection and an individual carton, adjusted to the product and shipping requirements.
10. What warranty and payment terms apply?
The standard warranty is one year from customer receipt.
Covered product-quality faults qualify for a replacement product; freight, import charges and local repair costs are excluded.
Non-quality damage, including misuse and natural disasters, is outside free coverage.
Standard payment is a 30% deposit with the balance paid before shipment.
Other warranty arrangements must be agreed with the corresponding price.
11. Can the graphics be changed or the light box serviced?
Graphic replacement and maintenance access depend on the structure, size and mounting position. Tell us if a campaign face must be replaced or internal parts must remain accessible. We review these requirements before the design is approved rather than assuming every light box opens in the same way.
12. What if my site is coastal or strongly exposed to sunlight?
Coastal, damp and strong-sunlight projects can be assessed. Share photos, exposure conditions and expected daily operating hours so the full configuration can be reviewed. We do not treat one material or finish as suitable for every climate, and do not promise that a sign will never rust or fade.
