Compliance documents & audit information
SEDEX and SMETA audit documentation is available for qualified project review. Existing CE and RoHS compliance documents apply to the products, models and submitted samples listed in those documents. When a custom project needs new testing, RUOMEI can coordinate with a third-party laboratory, or the customer may arrange testing directly. Timing and cost are confirmed separately.

What information should I provide?
Share the product type, artwork or text, target size, quantity, application, installation method and destination country where available.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The standard MOQ is 30 units for custom projects.
How long do sampling and batch production take?
A prototype normally takes 3–5 calendar days after project details are confirmed. Batch production is typically arranged in about 15 calendar days after sample, order and deposit confirmation, with final timing adjusted to quantity.
Can the products be prepared for outdoor use?
Outdoor projects require a separate waterproof structure review. A fixed finished-product IP rating is not claimed without project-specific testing.
How are power, plugs and installation confirmed?
Power supply, plug, cable exit and installation method are confirmed around the destination market and project requirements.
