Metal laser processing, welding, bending, stamping, shearing, channel letter bending and laser marking; CNC engraving, plastic laser processing, blade saw cutting and UV printing.

Inspection & packing

Production continues through the final checks.

For LED light box projects, documented checks and protective packing help carry the approved product through shipment preparation.

01 / Product checks

Check light, power & finish

The documented LED light box sequence includes:

  • Illumination, actual power, LED quality and appearance checks
  • 72-hour aging test on a 30% sample of the order quantity
  • Pre-shipment recheck
LED light boxes packed in individual cardboard compartments with protective foam
02 / Shipment preparation

Protect each finished unit

LED light box packing can include an individual bag, custom full-surround EPE foam and an individual carton.

Special sizes and export packing are adjusted to the project.

Inspection and packing details depend on the confirmed product and order requirements.
