RUOMEI is a Guangzhou-based manufacturer of custom LED light boxes and LED neon signs. Established in 2014, we work with businesses that need illuminated signs made to their artwork, dimensions and project requirements.
We focus on projects for sign companies, advertising and display businesses, agencies, distributors and brands. You can start with a finished production drawing, a logo, a reference image or an idea to work through.
We help define how the sign will be built, lit, mounted and packed. The final drawing and configuration are approved before production, so your order has a clear specification to follow.

Our facilities include CNC engraving, UV printing, laser marking, and equipment for metal cutting, bending and welding. These processes support the components used in custom illuminated signs and displays.
The production route depends on the artwork, materials and construction. We review these details with you rather than treating every design as the same product.

Power supply, plug and cable arrangement are confirmed for the project.
Mounting and packaging are considered alongside the finished sign.
A finished sign needs more than a good appearance.
Our inspection process separates the checks made on every unit from the detailed checks carried out on a sample of each production batch.
Basic checks on every unit
Each product is checked for obvious appearance issues, configuration labels, power-on operation and its main functions.
Detailed batch inspection
Dimensions, actual power, electrical stability and 72-hour aging are checked using the agreed sampling rules. Different designs, sizes or electrical configurations are treated as separate batches.
Documents matched to the order
Existing test documents are reviewed against the specified model and configuration. New testing, where required, is discussed separately for scope, cost and timing.

Share your design
Send artwork or a reference image, a target size and an estimated quantity. For neon signs, vector artwork helps us calculate an accurate price; a reference image can be used for an initial estimate.
Review the details
We discuss the construction, lighting and installation, then confirm the drawing and configuration. A paid sample can be arranged before you decide on a batch order.
Agree before production
Specifications, price, payment and the production schedule are confirmed before the batch begins. Timing and delivery arrangements are agreed for the actual order.
