DOCUMENT SCOPE
What the Documents Cover
Our existing CE and RoHS documents relate to the products, models or samples identified in them. They provide a reference for that scope and do not automatically cover every custom design, component or material.
Supplier Audit Information
SMETA audit reports and corrective action plan reports (CAPR) are supplier audit documents, not product certifications. Relevant information can be discussed for qualified B2B supplier reviews, subject to sharing permissions.
CE Documents
Review the listed product and model together with the scope of the document before applying it to your project.
RoHS Documents
Review the identified product or sample and any associated test report. Confirm the requirements for your intended product before production.
PROJECT TESTING
Testing for Your Custom Sign
01. Share Your Requirements
Send your artwork, intended construction, electrical requirements and destination country. Include any tests or documents specified by your buyer.
02. Review the Document Scope
We review the requirements against the proposed product. A document for a previous sample does not automatically cover a new custom sign, and additional testing may be needed.
03. Confirm Testing Arrangements
RUOMEI can help coordinate with a third-party testing provider, or you may appoint your own. The testing scope, cost and timing are confirmed separately. Existing documents do not guarantee that a new design will pass.
