What do you need to quote a custom LED light box or neon sign?
For a custom LED light box, your artwork or reference image, size and quantity are enough for a product quote. For an LED neon sign, a vector artwork file, size and quantity allow more accurate pricing. If you only have an image, we can give an initial estimate, then recalculate the price once we receive the vector file. Share the intended use, installation method, destination and deadline so we can confirm the configuration and delivery requirements. You approve the final drawing before production.
Can I ask for a quote before my budget or quantity is final?
Yes. Share an estimated quantity range and how you plan to use the products. We can discuss the options and provide an initial estimate at no charge when there is enough information. If the quantity is still unclear, start with your sample or first-batch plan. The final price depends on the approved size, construction, configuration, quantity and delivery scope.
How can I assess a supplier for a bulk custom sign order?
Look beyond the finished product photos. Ask how a similar design is made, which details need sampling, and how the supplier checks a production batch. Sample details, manufacturing records and a packaging proposal give you more to assess than a general quality claim. Check the business and payment details too. A representative sample can help you evaluate both the product and the working process.
Can I see the factory without visiting in person?
Yes. We support factory visits by video. Before the call, tell us which products, processes or details you want to see so the discussion stays relevant to your order. For your own project, use the approved drawings, sample records and inspection results alongside video updates. If you want an independent inspection, agree its scope, timing and cost before production reaches the inspection stage.
Can I order one LED light box or neon sign sample before a bulk order?
Yes. You can order one paid sample to check the design, lighting, installation and packaging before committing to a bulk order. We confirm the sample fee, shipping and any required mold fee before work starts. Bulk orders normally start at 30 units per design. Smaller trial batches can be reviewed separately, with availability and pricing confirmed for the project.
Can you sign an NDA before I share an unreleased design?
Yes, we can sign a nondisclosure agreement. Send it before sharing sensitive artwork or campaign information so both sides can review the terms. State whether project photos may appear on a website, at an exhibition or on social media. Also identify any restrictions on sharing files with other parties. Clear written terms are especially useful for unreleased brand campaigns and distributor projects.
Who owns the artwork, production files and molds?
We can provide the customer’s artwork, engineering files and redrawn files. Molds paid for by the customer belong to the customer; molds funded by the factory belong to the factory. Before development starts, agree which files will be delivered, their format and any requirements for transferring or reusing tooling. Mold ownership and mold storage are separate points; storage arrangements are covered in Q100.
How can we avoid mistakes when working across time zones?
Keep each round of feedback in one marked-up file and identify the product and drawing version. Separate approved details from requested changes and unanswered questions. Record key decisions in email or the order documents, rather than relying on a short “OK” in a chat. When a reply is time-sensitive, include the date, time and time zone so both teams are working to the same deadline.

Should I choose a custom LED light box or an LED neon sign?
A custom LED light box is often a better starting point for a full logo, printed image or large areas of color. An LED neon sign suits lettering, outlines and simpler line-based designs. We can review combined designs too. Send the artwork and intended size: fine strokes and close spacing can limit what is practical, and the right construction depends on the actual design.
What is the difference between acrylic neon signs and silicone neon signs?
The names alone do not tell you how a sign is built. “Acrylic” may describe the shaped illuminated elements or the backing, while “silicone” may describe the light-emitting line material. Ask to see the actual construction and close-up details. Compare the line shape, corners, visible backing and mounting method. A material name on its own does not establish the quality or suitability of the complete sign.
Can a neon sign reproduce gradients, photos or a complex logo?
Not every detail translates well into illuminated lines. Gradients, small text and dense graphics may work better as a printed light box face, or as printed artwork combined with selected illuminated elements. Identify the parts of your logo that must stay unchanged. Any simplified version should show what is printed, what lights up and how the design looks when switched off before you approve it.
Can the same design be used on a counter, on a wall and hanging from a ceiling?
It may need a different structure for each position. A countertop display needs a suitable base and balance; a wall-mounted sign needs defined fixing points; a hanging sign needs an appropriate suspension arrangement. Tell us where the product will sit and whether customers can touch or move it. Review each mounting version and its accessories separately, even when the front artwork is identical.
What should we standardize for a retail chain rollout?
Start with the logo version, sizes, lighting color, cable exits and product codes. Then list the differences between stores, including mounting surfaces, outlet positions and destination countries. Use one allocation sheet to match each store with its products and accessories. A consistent brand appearance does not require every location to use identical fittings, but those differences need to be clear before production and packing.
Can you make illuminated signs for photography or video backgrounds?
Yes. We can provide rotary or remote dimming configurations and samples for testing in the intended setting. Tell us the shooting distance, background and whether the sign will appear in video. Test the sample with your own camera and settings, including the brightness levels you expect to use. A product that looks good to the eye may photograph differently, especially when the illuminated areas are overexposed.
How do display requirements differ between exhibitions and permanent stores?
For an exhibition, consider transport, quick setup, repeated handling and the event deadline. A permanent store display also needs practical cleaning, maintenance and access to replaceable parts. If the same sign will move from an event into a store, say so at the start. Its base, fixings and packaging should be reviewed for both uses, rather than only for the first installation.
Is a bottle photo enough to make a custom LED liquor display?
A photo helps us understand the style, but we normally need detailed drawings before sampling or producing a custom LED liquor display or illuminated bottle base. Include the bottle dimensions, base shape, weight, number of bottles and any locating features. Where fit or stability matters, discuss a physical fit check. Also explain how often the bottles will be removed and whether spills are likely.
Do you make infinity mirror displays and other special lighting effects?
Yes. We take on infinity mirror and other special-effect display projects, and can provide product videos and samples. Review the effect from several angles and at the intended viewing distance. The lighting should still leave the logo easy to recognize. Check the unlit appearance and access for cleaning as well; one carefully chosen photo will not show how the display looks throughout the day.
Can light boxes, neon signs and display stands share the same brand look?
We can prepare combined samples so you can compare the products together. Start with the same logo files, color references and finish requirements, then review both lit and unlit appearances. Different materials and lighting methods can look different even when they use the same color reference. You approve the overall match and any acceptable differences before the individual designs move into production.

Which artwork formats do you accept for custom LED light boxes and neon signs?
We accept PDF, AI and CDR files. For an LED light box quote, send the artwork or reference image, size and quantity. For LED neon signs, vector artwork helps us calculate an accurate price; an image alone can be used for an initial estimate, which we recalculate when the vector file is available. We prepare the production drawing at no extra charge. Check the final dimensions, text, colors and mounting details before approval.
Can you redraw a logo from a screenshot or low-resolution image?
Yes. We provide logo redrawing at no charge and can supply the file in the format you request. If the image is unclear, the redrawn version needs your careful review: small lettering, proportions and unusual shapes can be difficult to recover accurately. We send the file back for your approval before using it for production. An original brand file is still preferable when available.
What is the minimum stroke width for acrylic and silicone neon signs?
Yes. The minimum stroke width is 5 mm for carved acrylic neon and 6 mm for silicone neon. These are stroke widths, not minimum letter heights, and the final design still needs review at its actual size. Fine strokes, tight gaps and small corners can affect the result. We can suggest enlarging or simplifying difficult details, but any change to your logo needs your approval.
Can you match our brand colors exactly?
First, we need to agree whether the priority is the lit color or the unlit surface color. These can look different. We can prepare a color swatch or sample for approval using your brand reference. For important colors, compare a physical sample under agreed lighting rather than relying only on a screen. Record the accepted result so it can be used as the reference for the order.
Can you help us choose the right sign size?
Yes. We can help assess the size at no charge; you approve the final dimensions. Send the available space, viewing distance and any obstructions, ideally with a site photo. A full-size paper outline at the location is useful for checking proportions before ordering. If the space is limited, simplifying secondary text may give a clearer result than shrinking every part of the logo.
Can an LED neon sign have a contour-cut or full acrylic backboard?
Yes. We can make a backboard cut to the design shape or a full panel, depending on your requirements. The choice affects the visible outline, mounting positions, support and packaging. Look at the side and rear details as well as the front. We confirm the price after reviewing the actual design and installation method; different backboard options are not always interchangeable at the same cost.
When should we decide the cable exit and mounting holes?
Before production. Our production drawings mark the hole positions, front and back orientation, and cable exit for both sides to check. Send the outlet or power supply location at this stage. For mirrored or store-specific versions, identify each one separately. Moving a hole or cable exit after manufacture may involve more than a simple adjustment, especially where the structure or weather protection is affected.
Will the finished sign look exactly like the rendering?
A rendering shows the proposed shape and layout, but it is not a test of brightness, color, surface finish or performance. We can provide 3D renderings and dimensioned three-view drawings. Use them to approve the design and dimensions, then use a physical sample for the effects that matter in use. Make clear which details you are approving at each stage.
How do you keep track of artwork revisions?
We use a dedicated system to record project information and revisions. Include the product code and drawing version when sending feedback, and keep each set of changes together. The production approval should identify the exact file being approved. If you change something after approval, we need to review the affected drawings, materials, cost and timing rather than treat the new image as a standalone instruction.
What happens if part of our logo cannot be manufactured as drawn?
We explain the difficult detail and propose an adjustment, or work through alternatives with you. These may include changing the size, simplifying a small feature or combining printed and illuminated elements. We need written approval from you or the brand owner before making the design change. Comparing the original and proposed versions side by side helps make the visual trade-off clear.
Materials & construction
Understand how your custom display is made.
10 answers
Is thicker acrylic always better?
No. The appropriate thickness depends on the product size, support, installation and use environment. Extra thickness adds weight and can increase shipping costs without solving an unsuitable structural design. We can recommend a material and thickness for the project. Check the sample in its intended use, including the visible edges and mounting, rather than judging the product by thickness alone.
Which metal finishes can you offer?
We can work with common metal finishes, including painted, brushed and mirror effects, and provide finish or color samples. Special finishes are priced according to the requirement. Choose using a real sample where possible: reflections, fingerprints and the direction of a brushed finish can be hard to judge in photos. Tell us if the display will be handled or cleaned frequently so those conditions can be considered.
Can a large display be made in sections for shipping?
We can discuss a sectional design and prepare the connection arrangement, accessories and assembly information. The customer arranges and pays for on-site assembly. Send access dimensions, such as doorways and elevators, before the design is finalized. Review the joint positions, appearance and lighting across the sections as well as the shipping size; a smaller carton is only useful if the product can be assembled as intended.
Can the graphic on an LED light box be changed later?
It depends on the construction. Our slim acrylic light boxes use a fixed UV-printed graphic; four-color screen printing may also be used for suitable artwork. Conventional light boxes can be made with replaceable graphics. Tell us at the quotation stage if you plan to change campaigns. We can use samples to show the proposed graphic method and clarify exactly what can be replaced.
Will you show the sign both lit and unlit?
Yes. We normally provide both lit and unlit photos for illuminated products. Review both states, especially if the display will be visible during the day or when switched off. Transparent, translucent and reflective surfaces also respond to the background. Where appearance is critical, assess the physical sample in conditions close to the final location, alongside the photo records.
What should I do if the acrylic looks scratched when it arrives?
Photograph the packaging and affected area first, then check whether a protective film is still present. Film use depends on the product; some items are cleaned and packed after the film is removed. If you are unsure, send us a close-up before trying to remove anything. Do not scrape the surface or use strong solvents to investigate. We can help distinguish film marks from surface damage.
What appearance details should we approve on the sample?
Check the front lighting for obvious hot spots or dark areas, and review the sides and back for visible defects. Also examine edges, joints, adhesive marks, fixings and cable exits. Set the acceptance conditions around how the product will actually be viewed and handled. A two-sided countertop display needs attention to more visible surfaces than a sign whose rear sits against a wall.
Can the product be designed for easier maintenance?
Tell us what you expect to replace and who will carry out the work. Power supplies and graphics in replaceable-graphic designs are common service items, but access depends on the actual construction. We review maintenance requirements with the product design. Do not assume every panel can be opened without damage. Electrical work and any changes to the product should follow the agreed instructions and be handled by a suitably qualified person.
Do you make double-sided LED light boxes and illuminated signs?
Yes. We develop the design around the actual structure, setting and viewing requirements. A double-sided light box needs more than a duplicated front face: the internal lighting, cable route, mounting and artwork orientation must work from both sides. Confirm whether the graphics are identical or different. Review both illuminated faces and the side profile on the sample before approving production.
Can we substitute cheaper materials or components?
We can review alternatives, but the effect on appearance, structure, lighting and the agreed requirements needs to be clear first. The power supply should not be changed casually; contact us before replacing it. For a cost-reduction proposal, identify what must stay unchanged and compare the alternatives against the approved sample. Record any accepted change so production and future spare parts use the same specification.

How bright should a custom LED light box or neon sign be?
Bright enough to read clearly in its setting, without losing the logo detail or dominating the space. A bright shop window and a dim hospitality interior may need different results. We offer dimming options, so tell us if the sign needs to work in changing light. Assess the sample in a realistic setting and test the dimmer with the actual power supply and controller configuration.
How can I check an LED light box for uneven lighting?
View it at the intended distance under lighting similar to the installation. Check the full face, then the edges, corners and large areas of color for noticeable dark patches or hot spots. Use the approved sample as the comparison and send an overall photo plus a close-up of any concern.
Why does the color change when the sign is switched on?
The illuminated appearance combines the light source, translucent material and graphic. With the power off, the visible surface and surrounding light have a different effect. Decide which state matters most for your project, and approve both where necessary. We use the approved physical sample as the main color reference. Photos are useful records, but camera processing and screens can change the apparent color.
Do stripes in a video mean the sign is faulty?
Not necessarily. The camera settings and lighting control can affect what the camera records, and some colors or effects look different on video. We have carried out video tests, but the sample should still be checked with your equipment and intended settings. Send the video together with the brightness setting and controller details if you see a problem. We do not promise identical results with every camera.
Can I add dimming, remote control or color changing later?
Plan these features before production. We can customize dimming, remote control, color-changing effects, synchronization and power-on behavior to the agreed requirements. Adding a controller later is not automatically compatible with the existing lighting and power supply. Define the functions you need at the quotation stage, then test the complete sample. Also discuss replacement controls if losing a remote would interrupt normal use.
Is changing the plug enough for a different destination country?
No. Tell us the destination country and project requirements so the power supply, plug, product configuration and relevant documents can be reviewed together. A matching plug shape alone does not establish that the complete sign is suitable. For orders going to several countries, identify the required configuration for each destination and check the labels and packing allocation before shipment.
Does low-voltage lighting remove all electrical risks?
No. The lighting may operate at low voltage, while its power supply connects to mains electricity. Use the product at the voltage shown on its label and follow the installation instructions. The customer is responsible for site installation and electrical connection. If there is damage, water ingress, an unusual smell or overheating, stop using the product and contact us instead of changing wiring or fitting an unverified power supply.
Can you make the cable longer?
Yes. Our usual cable lengths are 60–150 cm, and custom lengths can be quoted. Identify which cable section you mean and show the route from the sign to the power supply and outlet. Longer runs need to be reviewed as part of the configuration; simply fitting a higher-wattage power supply is not a universal solution. Additional cable length may affect the price.
Can an LED light box or neon sign run all day and night?
Tell us the daily operating hours, installation space and environmental conditions before ordering. Continuous use needs to be assessed for the complete configuration, including ventilation and protection. We can review the requirements for your project, but a factory running test alone is not a promise of unrestricted 24-hour operation.
How do we plan power for several signs at one location?
We provide the rated power information for each product and can discuss the proposed arrangement. Your local electrician should assess the combined installation, site supply and protection requirements. Share the quantity, layout and control method so the information refers to the actual setup. Do not connect several products to one power supply without checking that the full arrangement is suitable.
Environment & installation
Plan for the location, mounting and exposure.
7 answers
Can outdoor LED light boxes and custom signs be used in rain or underwater?
Products specifically configured for outdoor rain exposure can be made for that use, and we can carry out a water-spray check. They are not intended for full immersion in water. Send site photos and describe the expected exposure before ordering so the sign, power supply and connections can be reviewed together. A factory spray check should not be described as a verified IP rating for the complete product.
Can you review a sign for a coastal or humid location?
Yes. Send site photos and describe salt exposure, humidity, direct sunlight and expected temperatures. We review those conditions alongside the proposed materials and construction. Any specific corrosion, color-retention or service-life requirement needs to be agreed for the actual product; it should not be assumed from the word “outdoor.”
Will the supplied fixings work on any wall?
No. We agree the supplied mounting accessories during sampling, but the customer is responsible for assessing the wall and selecting suitable local fixings. Drywall, wood and glass need different consideration. Give the installer the product information and mounting layout before installation. Do not assume a supplied screw or anchor is suitable simply because it fits the hole in the sign.
Where should the power supply be placed?
Decide this while the product is being designed. The location affects cable length, ventilation, environmental protection and access for replacement. We include relevant placement and use notes in the instructions and can discuss a suitable position for your project. Send the available space and outlet location. Avoid resolving a late installation problem by enclosing the power supply in an unsuitable or inaccessible space.
Which mounting accessories are included in the price?
We normally configure common accessories such as screws, anchors and hanging chains, but the exact contents are agreed in the quotation. Check the accessory list for the specific product, including quantities. Do not assume installation tools, site-specific fixings, lifting equipment or installation labor are included. Clarifying this before shipment helps your installer prepare the items needed locally.
Can you provide installation instructions in our language?
We can prepare instructions, images or videos in the language you request. Customized documentation is charged, and the customer manages the maintained version. Agree the format, language and product version before production. For a useful installation guide, include the supplied parts, mounting sequence, electrical connection information, operating limits and contact details, and identify any work that needs a qualified installer.
What if the mounting holes or cable length do not fit the site?
Pause before drilling new holes, cutting cables or changing the structure. Send the product code, site measurements and photos. We first compare the product with the approved requirements, production records and pre-shipment checks. If it was made correctly but the site differs, we can suggest ways to help resolve the mismatch. The cause and proposed remedy need to be clear before any alteration is agreed.

Why do quotes for the same sign image vary so much?
An image does not specify the acrylic, structure, power supply, lighting, inspection or packaging. Two quotes can look similar while covering different products and delivery terms. We can provide a configuration comparison and explain how materials or construction affect our price. Compare the same size, quantity, accessories and delivery scope before deciding which quote offers the better fit for your project.
What affects the price of custom LED light boxes and LED neon signs?
The main factors include size, artwork complexity, materials, manufacturing method, lighting configuration, quantity and packaging. A custom LED light box with a fixed printed face will not have the same cost structure as an intricate LED neon logo sign. We quote a complete product unit price and can explain the construction, but we do not normally provide a price breakdown for every individual component.
Can you suggest a lower-cost version of our design?
Yes. We first price your requested specification, then review practical ways to reduce cost. Depending on the drawing, options may involve size, structure, backboard, finish or packaging. We explain the changes for your approval. Identify the brand and installation requirements that must stay unchanged so savings are not achieved by removing something essential to the project.
Can different light box or neon sign designs, sizes or colors be combined to meet the MOQ?
Our standard MOQ is 30 units per design. Different artwork, sizes or main structures are normally counted separately. Versions that only change color or printing may be combined if they can share the production setup; we confirm this in the quote. Reorders use the same standard MOQ. Smaller repeat batches can be reviewed separately, and their price and lead time are confirmed before ordering.
When are mold fees charged, and who owns the mold?
For designs that need vacuum-forming or injection molds, the mold fee is charged with the sample fee. If no mold is needed, only the agreed sample fee applies. Customer-funded molds belong to the customer; factory-funded molds belong to the factory. A mold-fee refund may be negotiated against the actual order quantity or other agreed terms. Confirm that arrangement in writing before development starts.
Can I get a better price for a larger LED light box or neon sign order?
We can provide quantity-based price tiers. A single order delivered in agreed batches can be priced on its combined quantity, while separate orders placed at different times are not combined for pricing. Keep the design and configuration the same when comparing price tiers. More quantity does not remove the underlying material, labor and packaging costs, and split deliveries may have separate logistics costs.
How long is a quotation valid, and what does it cover?
Our quotations are valid for 30 days, and we accept USD, EUR and CNY. Each quote should identify the design, quantity, configuration, packaging, accessories and delivery terms. We list additional charges separately, including sampling, tooling, testing or shipping where applicable. The agreed delivery point determines the shipping scope. Production timing is confirmed once the required payment and approvals are in place.
What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are a 30% deposit by bank transfer, with the balance paid before shipment. Match the payment details to the agreed order and verify any bank-account change through a previously established contact channel. Quality concerns should be documented with photos or video so the cause and response can be reviewed; payment arrangements do not replace the agreed product acceptance requirements.
What happens if we change the order after approval?
Send the change in writing and mark it on the relevant drawing. We review the actual cost of the change and confirm a revised schedule where needed. Changes to quantity, materials, artwork or delivery requirements can affect work already completed or materials already purchased. Approve the cost, revised drawing and timing before the change goes ahead so both teams use the same instructions.
How can I estimate the total cost to receive and install the products?
Start with the quoted delivery point. A factory collection price does not include the same services as delivery to your address. Freight, insurance, import charges, local delivery and installation are normally the customer’s responsibility. We can help arrange services on request, with costs and scope agreed separately. Compare suppliers using the same delivery terms, and check destination charges with the party handling the shipment.
Samples & approval
Check the details before committing to production.
8 answers
Do we need a full sample, or is a color swatch enough?
Use a swatch for a specific color or finish decision; use a complete sample to assess the combined appearance, lighting, fit and packaging. We record UV-print settings and the color-mixing formulas used for screen printing or paint to support production matching. Sampling is charged at the agreed sample fee, and we do not charge for retaining the reference sample. A color approval alone does not approve the complete product.
Can the sample fee be credited against a bulk order?
Yes. For the first matching bulk order of at least 30 units placed within six months of sample delivery, we credit the difference between one approved sample’s paid product fee and the bulk unit price. The credit is deducted from the order balance and cannot be negative. Sample freight, third-party testing and separately charged mold fees are excluded. Different configurations or multiple samples need a separate written agreement.
How many sample revisions can I request, and are they free?
We do not set a fixed limit on reasonable artwork revisions. If a sample does not match the approved specification because of our manufacturing error, we correct or remake it at no charge and cover the necessary reshipment costs agreed in advance. Changes you request after approval may add material, production or shipping costs. We quote those before proceeding. If an effect cannot be achieved, we explain the limitation and discuss an alternative.
When does the sample lead time start for a custom light box or neon sign?
The sample lead time starts when we have received both the sample payment and your approval of the artwork and key specifications, whichever comes later. We count calendar days, excluding Chinese national public holidays. Shipping time is separate. If the design changes after approval, we confirm the revised completion date before continuing.
What should we check before approving a sample?
Check it against the approved drawing and requirements: dimensions, text, colors, finish, lighting, controls, power supply, mounting, accessories and packaging. Record each result as passed, needs revision or not yet checked. Use numbered photos for issues and keep untested items visible in the approval record. The customer’s approval is the final reference; a general “looks good” should not accidentally approve details that have not been assessed.
Do you keep an approved sample for bulk production?
Yes. We retain a sample at the factory alongside the customer’s sample, with a three-year retention period. Our order production system records the manufacturing details, materials and revisions for each order. The approved sample and final written requirements should refer to the same version. If the sample needs a correction, record that correction rather than leaving two different interpretations of the approved standard.
Can production start while a small sample issue is being corrected?
We accept conditional approval, but the permitted work and remaining checks must be written down. Changes to dimensions, manufacturing process or materials require production to pause. Customer-requested material changes may create additional costs for the customer. Identify exactly what can proceed and what must wait for approval; calling a change “small” does not establish that it has no effect on the rest of the order.
Can we skip the sample if the order is urgent?
Our normal process includes a pre-production sample made with the bulk-order materials and configuration so you can check its function, appearance and dimensions. In special cases, bulk production may proceed directly after all details are confirmed. That exception needs a clear agreement about what has and has not been verified. Explain the deadline early so the approval and production steps can be planned realistically.
Production & inspection
Timelines, batch checks and aging tests.
8 answers
Can I receive photos during bulk production?
Yes. We can provide completion photos covering agreed stages such as final specification confirmation, material preparation, the first unit, assembly, inspection and packaging. Let us know which stages matter to your project before production begins. Updates should identify the relevant product and stage so you can distinguish work completed from work planned, and raise any questions while there is still time to act.
How do we agree acceptable differences in size, color and appearance?
Set the checks around the actual product requirements. Critical dimensions can be measured; brand colors can be compared with your Pantone reference or an approved physical swatch; appearance can be compared with the approved sample. Define any required tolerances and viewing conditions before production. There is no single tolerance that works for every custom light box, neon sign and display structure.
Which LED light boxes and neon signs receive the 72-hour burn-in test?
Samples and batches of up to 30 units receive a 72-hour burn-in test on every unit. For batches of 31–150 units, we select 30%; above 150 units, we select 15%, rounding up to a whole unit. Different designs or electrical configurations are assessed as separate batches. We record the selected units and electrical checks. A burn-in test helps identify early faults but does not guarantee lifetime performance.
Do you inspect every product before shipment?
Every unit receives basic visual, configuration and operating checks. Detailed measurements and electrical checks follow the agreed inspection plan: all units in batches of up to 30, 30% in batches of 31–150, and 15% in larger batches. Sample counts are rounded up. A core function fault triggers checks across the affected batch. Corrected products are rechecked, with a fresh 72-hour test where the original fault occurred during burn-in.
How do you manage color and brightness consistency in bulk orders?
For a production batch, we purchase or customize the materials together to help keep the batch consistent. The approved sample and recorded color settings provide comparison references. Tell us if the products will be displayed side by side, where differences are more noticeable. For a later reorder, material batches may differ, so the old sample and current materials should be reviewed together before the new batch is approved.
What if the original power supply becomes unavailable?
The power supply is one component that may need a substitute. We can propose one with matching required specifications and provide its relevant documentation for review. It should not be treated as acceptable solely because it has the same wattage or looks similar. Check the replacement against the agreed product and destination requirements, then record the approved model for production and future servicing.
Can you provide inspection records or support a third-party inspection?
We can provide an internal inspection report for the order, and third-party inspection can be discussed for projects that require independent checks. Agree the scope, sampling, timing and handling of findings in advance. Relevant material reports can also be shared during the inquiry stage. Keep product compliance testing separate from pre-shipment quality inspection: they answer different questions and one does not replace the other.
What happens if production falls behind schedule?
We update customers on production progress. If a delay becomes likely, we can discuss options such as split delivery or additional production effort, based on what is practical. The revised plan should identify the quantities and dates affected. Extra costs and responsibility depend on the circumstances; if recovery requires substantial additional cost, that needs to be discussed rather than assumed to be free.
Testing & documentation
Match reports and labels to your actual project.
6 answers
Can you help with testing for our destination market?
Tell us the destination and the requirements identified for your project. We can supply samples for your testing provider, or help arrange third-party testing when you authorize us to do so. Agree the testing scope, cost and schedule first. A successful outcome cannot be promised before assessment, and each party still needs to meet the responsibilities that apply to its role.
Do your CE and RoHS documents cover every custom product?
No. Our existing documents relate to the light box and neon samples identified in those documents. They are useful references for the tested configurations, but they do not automatically cover every new design or destination. We also have factory audit documentation, which serves a different purpose from product testing. Ask for the documents relevant to your proposed order so their scope can be checked against the actual configuration.
Does a UL-marked component make the whole sign UL certified?
No. Our UL-related component documentation concerns applicable LED and power supply components, not an automatic certification of the complete sign. The exact model and the scope of its document need to be checked. If your project requires approval of the finished product, raise that requirement before design and quotation so the complete-product assessment can be considered separately.
Can I review your test reports before ordering?
Yes. Tell us the destination, proposed product configuration and documents you need. We can share the complete relevant reports and verification details, identifying the tested model and whether each document relates to a product, component or factory audit. If the configuration differs from the tested sample, we flag it for review. Any additional testing is agreed separately, including its scope, cost and timing.
Will changes to the product require new documents or tests?
Possibly. Size, material or power supply changes need to be checked against the scope of the existing documents. We can update production files for your approval and provide photos or video of agreed in-house checks at no extra charge. Those checks do not replace third-party certification. Customer-requested third-party retesting is customer-funded; extra testing caused by our production error is factory-funded. Timing depends on the specific assessment.
Who approves branded labels, and how is that approval recorded?
You provide and approve the brand artwork, model details, importer information and label language. We link the final files and written approval to the order and product version so the production team can identify the correct label. If an authorization has expired, it needs to be reviewed before a new order. Permission to manufacture a branded product does not automatically include permission to display the project publicly; that is requested separately.

How do you pack LED light boxes and neon signs for a bulk order?
Before bulk production, we prepare actual-size packaging around the sample or pre-production unit to check the fit and estimate shipment dimensions. Typical arrangements use a protective bag, foam or paperboard cushioning, and an individual corrugated carton according to the customer’s requirements. The packaging needs to protect corners, exposed features and accessories as well as the front face. Any specific transport-test requirement should be agreed separately.
Why can shipping cost so much for a lightweight sign?
The packed volume can be as important as the weight. A large backboard and the space needed to protect it can produce a bulky carton. We estimate carton dimensions and weight initially, then check them using the actual sample packaging. This gives you a firmer basis for a freight quote and lets us review packaging options before the bulk order is packed.
Can you arrange shipping, or can we use our own forwarder?
Both are possible. For smaller shipments, we can help contact international couriers such as FedEx or DHL. We can also obtain freight quotations and estimated transit times, or your forwarder can collect from the factory. Delivery from the factory to your nominated freight warehouse is charged. Choose the service using the packed size, destination and required arrival date, and clarify what the freight quote includes.
Which trade terms do you accept?
We accept EXW and FOB. The quotation should name the exact delivery location or port and the agreed Incoterms version. Confirm the transport stages and charges covered by the quote, including any services arranged separately. Do not read DAP or DDP into an offer that only provides factory collection or FOB terms. Payment, quality acceptance and warranty arrangements also need to be stated in the order.
Can you split an order between stores or countries?
Yes. We support shipments to multiple stores or countries and can help prepare the allocation sheet, labels and address checks at no extra charge. Freight and related shipment costs are agreed separately. Provide a clear list matching each destination with the product version, quantity and accessories. Country-specific power supplies or plugs should be identified in that list to reduce the risk of mixed packing.
What should I do if the cartons or products arrive damaged?
For a courier delivery, report visible damage to the driver immediately and contact the courier about its claim process. Keep photos of the cartons, labels, packing and affected products. For a container shipment, send us photos and video so we can discuss the next steps with you. Keep the packaging and check the carrier’s reporting deadlines. Do not power a product that may have electrical or structural damage.
Is production lead time the same as the date I receive the order?
No. Bulk production starts after the deposit, final order details and required sample approval are in place. We confirm the production completion date separately from shipping and estimated arrival. Share your deadline and destination early so there is time for inspection, transport and local delivery. Changes or delayed approvals may require a revised schedule, and customs or carrier delays can affect arrival.

Who should I contact if a product stops working?
Contact the salesperson handling your order. They will pass the details to our engineering team to assess the cause and proposed action. Include the order number, product code, affected quantity, when the fault appeared and clear photos or video where safe. Mention any change to the installation or power supply. Stop using a product with damage, water ingress or unusual heat, and avoid dismantling it before receiving guidance.
What warranty do you offer for custom LED light boxes and LED neon signs?
Our standard warranty is one year from the date you receive the products, including LED neon signs. Other warranty periods can be agreed to match your requirements and the corresponding price. For a covered product-quality fault, we can make an equivalent replacement free of charge. Freight, import costs and local repair expenses are not included. Damage caused by misuse, natural disasters or other non-quality causes requires a paid replacement.
Should we order spare power supplies?
Power supplies are a common spare for these products, especially where waiting for a replacement would disrupt a display. We can help source the same supply as the bulk order. If you buy one locally, do not choose by wattage alone: have the required electrical ratings, connector, polarity and use conditions checked against the original configuration. Confirm compatibility before connecting the replacement.
How do we match a reorder to the original batch?
For the products covered by our retained-sample process, we compare the new order with the approved sample stored at the factory. Identify what stays the same and any requested changes, using the original order reference. Material batches can introduce some color variation, especially when old and new products sit together. Confirm current price and timing before reordering. Custom injection-molded display products need a separate project review.
How long do you keep drawings, samples and customer-owned molds?
We keep production drawings long term at no storage charge. Approved samples are retained for three years after shipment. Customer-funded molds are stored free for three years from the latest shipment made with that mold; a new order resets that period. Before storage expires, we contact you about continued storage, maintenance or return costs. Customer-owned molds are not disposed of simply because there has been no reply; written instructions are required.
Tell us what
you want to make.
You can start with the details you already have. We will help identify what needs to be settled before production.
Start with three things
- Artwork or a reference imageFor neon signs, a vector file helps us calculate an accurate price. An image is enough for an initial estimate.
- Target sizeTell us the dimensions you have in mind.
- QuantityShare your sample or bulk-order plan.
